1.2 School Owl operates and maintains the Website that can be used to apply for accelerator programmes

2. REGISTRATION
2.1 Anyone may access our Website. However, in order to use the School Owl Services, you shall be
required to register with us as a registered user (“Registered User” or “You”).
2.2 Registered Users who intend to use the School Owl Services will either be an individual, or group of
individuals, or an existing business operating from the UK.
2.3 Users can register by completing their details on the Website. To provide you with a safe
environment to use the School Owl Services, we will conduct verification and security procedures in
respect of the information provided by you in your online registration form.
2.4 By registering with and providing us with your name, email address and contact mobile telephone
number, you consent to School Owl communicating with you by email, text and push messaging, including
without limitation, to provide you notice of any security breach in lieu of other written notification.
2.5 Users who register for the School Owl Service via the website will receive an email message, which
forms part of the verification process. The user must reply to the email message in accordance with the
instructions provided therein. School Owl will not be liable to the user for any costs incurred in
responding to the email message. On receipt of the user’s email message reply, School Owl may complete
the registration process.
2.7 You warrant that the information you provide to us at all times is true, accurate and correct. You
agree to promptly notify us of any changes to your personal details so that we may update our records of
your details to provide you with the School Owl Services.
2.8 We reserve the right to suspend your access to the Website or the School Owl Services if we have

3.2.5 not use the information presented on the Website and/or through your use of the School Owl
Services for any purposes other than as stated above;

persons using the Website and the School Owl Services or in respect of the network;
3.2.7 not use the Website and/or the School Owl Services and/or do anything that will infringe any
intellectual property right or other rights of any third parties;

5. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES
5.1 You hereby warrant that (a) you have the right and capacity to enter into and be bound by these
Terms, and (b) you shall comply with all applicable laws regarding your use of the Website and the
School Owl Services.
5.2 We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee as to the reliability, timeliness, quality,
suitability, availability, accuracy or completeness of the Website and the School Owl Services. We do
not represent or warrant that (a) the use of the Website and the School Owl Services will be secure,
timely, uninterrupted or error-free or operate in combination with any other hardware, software, system
or data; or (b) the Website and the School Owl Services will meet your requirements or expectations. The
Website and the School Owl Services is provided to you strictly on an "as is" basis. All conditions,
representations and warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise are hereby disclaimed
to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law by the company. You acknowledge and agree that the

confirm that you shall be solely responsible for ensuring that any data processing and security
